The Jacksonville Lions Soccer Academy is lead by Jose Luis Villarreal a former world class player who shined in some of the most important clubs in the world like: Boca Juniors, River Plate, Atletico de Madrid, Montpelier, Cf Pachuca among others. He also played in the Argentina National team sharing the field with legends like Diego Maradona. Jose Luis was also the inaugural Head Coach for The Armada FC

The management team is headed by Fabian and Karen Videla, a local father/daughter team of entrepreneurs whose companies have been named some of the Fastest Growing Companies in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal and share with Jose Luis a passion for soccer having travelled around the world to watch their favorite teams compete.

When deciding to start the Jacksonville Lions Soccer project, we wanted to do something different. We wanted to start by approaching this journey focused not only on the players but also in their families that sacrifice so much to get them to games and practices every week so we developed a program that will surely delight parents and players alike
